It is the most important karstic spring in Italy, and is considered a national monument.
Located 500 metres from the hotel, the spring is one of the favourite destinations of guests staying at Su Gologone, because it is a surprising, bewitching place that can be reached in next-to-no-time.
Its imposing mass of water gushes out from a deep, vertiginous ravine, affording a spectacle of quite extraordinary beauty.
All of the water used at the hotel, restaurant, spa and swimming pool comes from this spring.
